Please Help! My counter does not work, what do I do?
1: Ensure your account is valid
by logging on to the system.
2: Ensure you have added your counter service to the system
by following the links provided.
3: Get your pastable code from the Globel control panel by
following the links provided.
4: Copy the appropriate code from your control panel to the
html on your web page you can do this in notepad.
5: Test your counter on the page you have just pasted the
code into, make sure you refresh the page to ensure you are
not looking at an old page from your cache.
6: If any or none of this works finally send an Email to Globel
and please include a brief description of the problem, your
Username and where your page is on the Internet.
