ACCOUNTS EXPIRE: ROBOT….
If you have an evaluation period account this is precisely
what it is for you to evaluate our programs to see if they
suit your needs, if after this period you find them unsuitable
for the purpose they were being put you should delete your
account.....
But not everyone does this and so
we have scattered accounts on the system not being used and
taking up valuable space, it is important should you wish
to continue using your trial account to inform us and pay
any fee's if any involved so we can mark the account paid,
if you do not tell us and we do nothing the expiration robot
will clean up on or just after the expiration date, again
this is to keep our database clean and clear of unnecessary
accounts that are not being used.
