Q:
My Username is
taken?
You can use variants of your name, you cannot use
capitols in your user name the system will force lowercase letters for now, we
say for now because we are still unsure as to if this should be allowed i.e.
Paul is quite different to paul even although they are pronounced the same the
computer will pick out the capitol P as quite different from it's lowercase
counterpart, this is OK until us humans are conversing with the two Paul's it
may get a little confusing, for this reason for now that's the way it is, try
using a name like Paul or paulg etc. this should solve your problem…
Q:
What about passwords?
A: These are truly case sensitive making lot's of
combinations i.e. if you can remember it try something like pREttY, but please
remember it otherwise you will not be able to log on to the system.
